Be A Part Of The Plan!

The Berrien County Trails Master Plan process provides a great opportunity for residents and stakeholders to share their thoughts on the use and development of trails in Berrien County. We know that the success of this planning effort will depend on engaging the community.

We are happy to report that we had almost 2,000 responses to the on-line survey and 100% participation from each Berrien County municipality on the municipal survey.  THANK YOU!!!

Supplemental Survey

This survey is a supplement to the community survey that was conducted at the start of 2022. After the survey was completed, planning staff identified certain demographic groups that are underrepresented in the survey respondents. The goal of this survey is to capture additional responses from some of those identified groups. If you didn't participate in the original survey, take and/or or share the supplemental survey to ensure everyone in the County is represented.

Community Open Houses

Join us at one of the upcoming open houses to participate in the master planning process.  The public will be asked to assist with development of trail project priorities and additional recommendations.
