There are several major trail development projects happening in Berrien County. The Berrien County Trails Master Plan was spearheaded by the Friends and was funded by Cities, Villages, Townships, foundations and private entities.

Lakeshore Trail (Shoreham, St. Joseph, Benton Harbor, Hagar/Riverside, Covert, South Haven))
Red Arrow Trail (Linear Park) (New Buffalo, Union Pier, Harbert, Sawyer, Bridgman, Stevensville)
Marquette Greenway (New Buffalo, MI to Chicago, IL)
McCoy's Creek Trail Extension (Buchanan to Niles)
IN MI RVT Extension and Lake Chapin Interurban Bridge (Niles to Berrien Springs)
Ox Creek Trail (Benton Harbor)
